Tímbilding prvákov na Zbojskách

Na začiatku školského roka sa prváci stali „obeťou“ team-buildingu. Prvý deň spolupráce a komunikácie si najskôr všetci napísali test z anglického jazyka. Následne sa spoločne s triednymi učiteľkami, anglickými lektorkami a školskou farárkou vybrali do Meditation Garden, kde sa pokúsili lepšie spoznať. Učiteľky pre nás pripravili rôzne poznávacie aktivity. Po týchto aktivitách sa všetci premiestnili na Šťavicu, kde spoznávanie pokračovalo rôznymi hrami na spoluprácu.
Druhý deň team-buildingu sa odohrával pri cirkevnej chate v Rejkove. Tu sa prváci rozdelili na tímy a museli spolupracovať hlavne pri aktivitách zameraných na šport. Museli sa popasovať napríklad s trojnohým behom alebo vymotať sa zo zamotaného kruhu. Taktiež sme si tu opiekli špekačky, poniektorí aj marshmallow.
Posledný deň si učiteľky pripravili aktivitu zameranú na spoznávanie Tisovca. Cieľom bolo pomocou anglickej indície identifikovať daný objekt a pri ňom sa čo najkreatívnejšie odfotiť. Hodnotila sa rýchlosť a kreativita fotiek. Keď už bola súťaž vyhodnotená, začala sa ďalšia. V tejto bolo cieľom vymenovať všetkých z prvého ročníka. Hoci sa to zdá neuveriteľné, no niektorí to dokázali. Nakoniec sme každý tím nakreslili strom s našimi očakávaniami. Aj napriek korone si prváci mohli naplno užiť teambuilding.

Freshmen teambuilding on Zbojská

At the beginning of the school term our first year students became the victims of team building. At the start of the first day of cooperation and communication everybody took a test in the English language. Then they went to the meditation garden accompanied by their class teachers, American lectors and the school pastor, and tried to get to know each other a little better. The teachers have prepared many "get to know" activities. Afterwards, they all went to Šťavica, where they played many introductory games focused on cooperation.
The second day of team building took place at a church cottage in Rejkovo. The students were divided into teams and had to work together in a variety of sport disciplines such as three- legged run or getting out of a tangled circle. They also roasted sausages and some people even tried roasting marshmallows.
On the last day the teachers prepared an activity focused on exploring Tisovec. The main goal was to identify places based on clues written in English and then take the most creative picture in front of them. Rating was based on creativity and the speed of completing the tasks. As soon as the competition ended, another one started. Its whole point was to tell the names of all students joining the first year. Even though it sounds unreal, some of the students actually did it. At the end of the day, each team drew their own tree of expectations. Our first graders could fully enjoy their team building despite the corona virus pandemic.
