Climb to Tŕstie

On Wednesday, June 24, 2015, under the CPLH (Course of Protection of Life and Health) the third-graders attended the hike to Tŕstie (a mountain range near Tisovec, with the height 1120m above the sea).
The ascent was carried out under the supervision of a member of the Tisovec Tourist Club, Milan Slabej, and our teachers Mrs. Štefániková, Kobelová, Hlásková and Everett. The final target of the climb was a Cottage on Tŕstie.
During the march, the students learned a lot about rare species of plants, tasted wild strawberries, and learned interesting information about the area of Tŕstie from the panels placed on the hiking path. They saw the monument of the Czechoslovakian botanist Václav Vraný, who dealt with the flora of this ridge and also ended his earthly life at this location.
In the afternoon, the 3B class returned home to Tisovec, while 3A stayed to look for the treasures of Saint John's Night :-)

Výstup na Tŕstie

V stredu 24. júna 2015 v rámci KOŽAZ-u (Kurz ochrany života a zdravia) žiaci tretieho ročníka absolvovali turistický výstup na Tŕstie. Výstup sa uskutočnil pod vedením člena tisovského turistického oddielu Milana Slabeja a našich učiteliek pani Štefánikovej, Kobelovej a Hláskovej.
Konečným cieľom výstupu bola Chata na Tŕstí. Počas pochodu žiaci spoznali mnohé vzácne druhy rastlín, ochutnali dozrievajúce lesné jahody, z panelov umiestnených pri turistickom chodníku sa dozvedeli zaujímavé informácie týkajúce sa oblasti Tŕstia. Uvideli aj pomník československého botanika Václava Vraného, ktorý sa zaoberal flórou tohto horského masívu a tu sa aj skončila jeho pozemská púť.
Popoludní sa 3. B vrátila naspäť do Tisovca, kým 3. A tu zostala hľadať poklady noci Svätojánkej :-)
