Mentoring program in Košice
On Friday, April 20th, 2018, managers of the student company Pomegranate participated in the mentoring program in Košice, focused on preparations for the finale, which is going to take place in Bratislava in a month.
The team of Anna Celanová, Dávid Filipiak, Andrea Uličná, Paulína Turisová and Júlia Molentováwas stood along with their mentors, the managers of AT&T, prepared to do their best, even it was just a dress rehearsal.
In spite of their precise preparations, whether in the presentation, annual report or panel discussion, some small mistakes were found. However, thanks to the valuable advice of the six mentors, the company will try to eliminate them. The whole day was very pleasant, not only because of the sunny weather, but also because of the relaxed atmosphere.
They are very glad that they had the opportunity to receive constructive critique before the finale. Now they are prepared and full of strength to fight for a place in Belehrad on May 17th.

Mentoring v Košiciach
V piatok 20. apríla 2018 sa manažéri študentskej spoločnosti Pomegranate zúčastnili mentoringu v Košiciach, týkajúceho sa prípravy na TOP-finále, ktoré sa uskutoční už o necelý mesiac v Bratislave.
Tím v zložení Anna Celanová, Dávid Filipiak, Andrea Uličná, Paulína Turisová a Júlia Molentová, teda my, sme boli pred manažérmi AT&T, našimi mentormi pripravení podať čo najlepší výkon, aj keď sme si boli vedomí, že to bola len generálka.
Aj napriek precíznej príprave, či už prezentácie, výročnej správy alebo panelovej diskusie v angličtine sa chybičky krásy samozrejme našli, ale vďaka cenným radám šiestich mentorov sa ich všetky budeme snažiť efektívne odstrániť. Celý deň prebiehal veľmi príjemne, nielen vďaka slnečnému počasiu, ale aj vďaka uvoľnenej atmosfére.
Sme veľmi radi, že sme ešte pred finále mali príležitosť vypočuť si konštruktívnu kritiku a teraz sme pripravení a plní síl zabojovať 17. mája o postup do Belehradu.
