EGT students won the cross-country running!

On October 3, 2017, our students took part in the cross-country run. The competition was attended by the high and elementary schools of our district.
Three teams represented EGT. Our pupils were again successful: Andrea Uličná won 1st place, Klaudia Kováčová was 4th and they won the race as a team, too. It was namely: Uličná, Kováčová, Csépeová.
The younger girls did not place, but the team of boys (Zacher, Beke, Novota) took the third place. The girls are going to the regional round to be held in Žiar nad Hronom on October 17th.
Congratulations to the winners and we believe they will be also successful on the regional round!

EGŤáci víťazili v cezpoľnom behu!

Dňa 3. októbra 2017 sa naši žiaci zúčastnili okresného kola v cezpoľnom behu stredoškolákov.
Na súťaži boli stredné a základné školy nášho okresu a EGT reprezentovali tri družstvá (dve dievčenské a jedno chlapčenské).
Naši študenti boli opäť úspešní a v súťaži jednotlivcov si Andrea Uličná vybojovala 1. miesto, Klaudia Kováčová 4. a ako družstvo zvíťazili v zložení: Uličná, Kováčová, Csépeová.
Mladšie dievčatá sa síce neumiestnili, ale chlapci získali ako družstvo zaslúžené tretie miesto v zložení: Zacher, Beke a Novota.
Dievčatá tak postupujú na krajské kolo, ktoré sa bude konať v Žiari nad Hronom 17. októbra.
Víťazom srdečne gratulujeme a veríme, že na krajskom kole budú rovnako úspešní!
