Christmas story očami prvákov

Prvý decembrový týždeň, (3.-7, 2018), sa pre nás - prvákov niesol vo vianočnom duchu, keďže sa uskutočnil workshop s názvom Christmas story. Názov našej inscenácie participoval s atmosférou: Pri vianočnom stole. Úlohou celého ročníka bolo za tento krátky čas vytvoriť divadelné predstavenie. Bol zameraný na zjednotenie kolektívu celého ročníka a taktiež, aby sme sa konštruktívne naučili pracovať ako tím.
Každý mal svoju úlohu, podľa svojich predností. Tí, ktorí mali talent na písanie a mali dostatočnú predstavivosť sa ujali scenára, na ktorom sa pracovalo už od novembra. Scenáristi zvolili dejovú líniu príbehu, hlavnú myšlienku a aj herecké obsadenie. Mala som tú česť byť jednou z piatich scenáristov a bola to úžasná skúsenosť. Na to nadväzuje úloha režiséra, v tomto prípade režisérov. Na doporučenie pani učiteľky boli za režisérov zvolení dvaja scenáristi, keďže tí najlepšie poznali príbeh a vedeli svoju myšlienku preniesť do mysle hercov.
Tejto úlohy som sa zhostila spolu s mojím veľmi dobrým kamarátom. Výtvarne nadaní si rozhodne prišli na svoje ako kulisári, aj keď tento post si vyžaduje omnoho viac. V mojich očiach je najťažší a tiež nedocenený. Kulisári sa museli chopiť každej práce, či už išlo o samotné tvorenie kulís, ich prinášanie na pódium vo veľmi krátkom čase a po scéne aj následné zamenenie za nové, a výrazne tým dotvárali celkovú atmosféru na javisku. Museli dohliadať na všetky rekvizity a pripraviť pre hercov vždy tú správnu scénu a všetko muselo byť v správny čas na správnom mieste.

Najrýchlejší spôsob prezerania obrázkov na dotykovom displeji: ťuk na posledný obrázok, potom ťukaním prezeranie obrázkov sprava doľava!

Na týždeň sa niektorí žiaci stali profesionálnymi hercami a spoločne celú scénu aj s príbehom priviedli k životu svojimi skvelými výkonmi. Naučili sa texty a s pomocou režisérov sa učili vžiť do jednotlivých rol. Naše uznanie si určite zaslúžia aj naši spolužiaci, ktorí celú hru obecenstvu predstavili a všetkých privítali úvodným slovom a ukončili ju poďakovaním. Nášmu dielu dali slávnostný nádych a zdôraznili posolstvo, ktoré sme chceli vyjadriť.
Dobrú prácu odviedli aj technici, či už v oblasti osvetlenia alebo zvuku a špeciálnych efektov, ktoré predstaveniu dodávali šmrnc. Ich zámerom bolo divákov čo najviac vtiahnuť do deja a scénu robili realistickejšou.
Celý proces tvorby našej hry zdokumentovali fotografky a následne z toho vytvorili krásnu prezentáciu, ktorá obsahovala aj humorné snímky spoza opony. Našou hlavnou myšlienkou bolo, aby si všetci prítomní uvedomili dôležitosť rodiny v živote každého, význam odpustenia, vzájomnej láskavosti či porozumenia. Za tento týždeň sme sa naučili vzájomne sa rešpektovať, spolupracovať a byť k sebe zhovievaví. Naše predstavenie bolo ako jeden veľké puzzle a každý z nás mal svoju nenahraditeľnú úlohu, bez ktorej by nebola skladačka kompletná.
Som si istá, že na náš spoločný výtvor budeme spomínať ešte pár rokov ako na niečo, čo nás spojilo a rozhodne ostane navždy v našich srdciach.

Christmas Story through the eyes of freshmen

For us first years, the first week of December (3-7, 2018) held a cheerful Christmas spirit as the Christmas Story workshop was taking place. With the name of our production we tried to evoke the same atmosphere: “Around the Christmas Table.” The task of the all first years was to create a theatre performance within this short amount of time. The focus of it was to unite the individuals within our year as well as teach us to effectively work together as a team.
Each individual had a job to complete according to their preference. Those with a talent for writing and a sufficient imagination took on the script writing, which they had been working on since November. The screenwriters decided on the order of events within the play, the main idea and theme as well as the cast. I had the honor of being one of the five scriptwriters for this play and it was an amazing experience. In addition to that, I took on the role of director, or in this case, one of two directors. On the recommendation of our teacher we decided to employ two of the five screenwriters to be the directors, as they had the most knowledge of the story and could effectively explain their vision and ideas to the actors. I took on this role along with my good friend.
Those who were artistically talented took on the role of the prop and backstage crew, even though this role requires much more. In my eyes this role is the most difficult and often goes underappreciated. The backstage crew had to take care of almost every job, whether that was the making the props and scenery, or moving them on and off stage in a very short time as well as changing them once a scene finished. They accompanied the team very well and upheld the overall atmosphere on stage. They had to take care of all the props and provide the correct props for the actors in each scene.
Everything had to be in the right place at the right time.
For a week, some of our classmates turned into professional actors and together they brought the scenes and story to life with their amazing performances. They memorized the script and, with the help of the directors, they learned how to put themselves in the perspective of their individual characters. Our classmates should also get recognition for introducing our play to our audience as well finishing it with a sincere thank you. They gave our play a festive touch while also emphasizing the message we wanted to portray.
A job that was also carried out well was done by our technicians. Whether it was in the field lighting or the sound and special effects, which added an extra something to our play, their goal was to immerse the audience in our play as much as possible and add more realism to our scenes. The entire process of the making of our play was documented by our photographers, who then created an amazing presentation which also contained comical behind-the-scenes shots.
Our main thought was to make everyone realize how important the role of family is in our lives and the significance of forgiveness, mutual understanding and simple acts of kindness. During this week we learned to respect each other, work together, and listen to each other. This play was like a giant puzzle, where everyone had an irreplaceable role, without which the play couldn’t have been complete. I believe that we will reminisce on our creation for many years to come as something that brought us together and will forever have a special place in our hearts.
